The complex comprises 1-, 2- or 3-bedrooms two-storey chalets
positioned to form a communal courtyard, with varying shapes
and character, such as angled roofs or steep curved forms to
assist in shedding heavy snow loads away from entry points
and pedestrian access ways. The external surfaces have dark
coloured durable materials to minimise glare and complement
the colours of the surrounding vegetation
