The College required a new Chapel as a focus building within the College grounds and a 70 seat auditorium space to complete the central courtyard area.
The project was sited on the side of an existing hill to make the best use of the limited campus space. It was designed as a two-level building with the Auditorium forming the podium, or base, of the Chapel structure. The result is light, open and informal, with the new Chapel as the spiritual centre and the auditorium providing a successful multipurpose space for the College community.
